When designing webSites, I try (try… TRY!) to keep things simple. At least that's the rule for new builds. Adding to a webSite after it's up and running tends to be easier than trying to cram it all in at once.

This philosophy is in part of why I recommend that people opt for a quarterly, yearly or set-rate fee at the studio. That way things can progress at a natural pace. You're not worried about additional expenses. I'm not worried about timetables and deadlines. We're both pretty much working as a team to accomplish particular goals.

Keeping sites simple, also, tends to keep them less dense. They load quicker in browsers, letting visitors move around without waiting for pages to load.
